Having graduated from a trade school myself after making a career change, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to transition into the skilled trades and the real-world workforce. When I had the opportunity to become an instructor, I knew I could use my own experience to help students who may be facing a similar transition.
One of the most important things a student can gain is confidence. I love that at Arclabs, our students have the opportunity to spend meaningful time in the lab receiving hands-on training and developing the skills, experience, and confidence they need to succeed in this industry. Seeing that growth in our students and helping prepare them for a successful career is what makes teaching so rewarding.
